Lined plastic pipeline


Lined plastic pipeline is made of ordinary carbon steel pipe as the matrix, lined with thermoplastic engineering plastic with excellent chemical stability. It is formed by cold drawing composite or rolling molding. It has both the mechanical properties of steel pipe and the corrosion resistance, slow scaling, and resistance to microbial growth of engineering plastic. It is an ideal pipeline for transporting media such as acid, alkali, salt, and corrosive gases. Lined with food grade polypropylene, it can be used in industries such as food, medicine, and drinking water. Common plastic lined pipelines include steel lined polypropylene pipes (GSF. PP), steel lined polyvinyl chloride pipes (GSF. PVC), steel lined polyethylene pipes (GSF. PE), steel lined polyolefin pipes (GSF. PO), and steel lined polytetrafluoroethylene pipes (GSF. F4).

2. Working temperature of medium for steel lined polyvinyl chloride pipe (GSF. PVC):- 15℃~65℃
3. Working temperature of medium for steel lined polyethylene pipes:- 20℃~80℃
4. Working temperature of medium for steel lined polyolefin pipe (GSF. PO):- 15℃~110℃
5. Working temperature of medium for steel lined polytetrafluoroethylene pipe (GSF. F4): -100 ℃ to 250 ℃
