IPN8710 anti-corrosion steel pipe

IPN8710 anti-corrosion water supply pipeline is a new type of anti-corrosion coating with special coating for drinking water, which is non-toxic, high solid, low viscosity, strong adhesion, high strength, abrasion resistance, hydrolysis resistance, corrosion resistance, water resistance, and excellent weather resistance.

Introduction:

There are many types of corrosive media in water supply pipelines, including acids, alkalis, salts, oxidants, and water vapor. Coatings must have chemical inertness, be resistant to acid, alkali, and salt corrosion, and have a dense structure, good waterproof permeability, strong adhesion, and toughness.
IPN8710-1: Composed of polyurethane polyethylene, modified epoxy resin, non-toxic anti rust pigments and fillers, additives, etc., it solidifies at room temperature to form an interpenetrating network. The coating structure is dense, resistant to acid, alkali, salt, and has excellent anti rust performance and strong adhesion.
IPN8710-2A: Composed of epoxy, rubber resin modification, non-toxic, anti rust pigment filler, additives, etc. Excellent chemical resistance, non-toxic, and resistant to microbial erosion.

Purpose:

IPN8710-1 is used for anti-corrosion primer coating on the inner wall of water supply pipelines;
IPN8710-3 is used as anti-corrosion coating for the inner wall of water supply pipelines.
IPN8710 drinking water specific coating film is non-toxic, high solid, and low viscosity. It is a new type of anti-corrosion coating with strong adhesion, high strength, abrasion resistance, hydrolysis resistance, corrosion resistance, water resistance, and excellent weather resistance. Suitable for long-term anti-corrosion coatings on the inner walls, steel structures, and concrete surfaces of various equipment and facilities such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, transportation, food, gas cabinets, pipelines, storage tanks, etc. It can also be used as anti-corrosion coatings for the inner and outer walls of buried pipelines and cooling tower inner walls. Cyanogen based anti-corrosion coatings belong to aromatic polyurethane and have superior chemical resistance, heat resistance, and radiation resistance. The coating has good physical and mechanical properties, high strength, wear resistance, and luster, excellent anti-corrosion performance. The coating is resistant to oil, alkali, acid, salt, and industrial waste gas, mainly used for anti-corrosion of concrete surfaces, chemical equipment, pipelines, oil tanks, as well as facilities or equipment such as water gates, dams, docks, mines, etc.
